Tesla is "serious" about establishing a manufacturing facility in India
Said the country's deputy minister for technology in an interview with Reuters on Friday
The Elon Musk-led US manufacturer spoke with Indian authorities this week on a variety of issues
vehicle and battery manufacturing, according to Reuters, as Tesla considers re-entering the Indian market.
"They are looking very seriously at India as a production and innovation base," Rajeev Chandrasekhar said
