In India, Honda Cars has unveiled its seven-year plan. 

The mid-size SUV Elevate was unveiled alongside the automaker's intentions to introduce four additional SUVs

The Elevate is the first of Honda's five planned SUVs for India.

Additionally, Honda plans to release an electric Elevate within the next three years. 

The second SUV in Honda's plan will be this one.

Elevate will continue to be produced mostly in India and will be marketed both domestically and internationally.

Honda has been quiet on the other three SUVs, but the company has indicated that the next models

Honda's response to the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and other competitors 

 Although reservations are expected to start next month, the Elevate won't officially

debut until the holiday season. It has ADAS, a 10.25-inch touchscreen entertainment

system, an electric sunroof, and a completely digital instrument panel. This SUV exclusively runs on petrol. 

Along with the SUV onslaught, Honda also plans to make its global, including India, portfolio fully electric by 2040.
