This year's holiday season will see the arrival of Honda India's brand-new SUV, the Elevate.

It will contend with the Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos for supremacy in the very competitive mid-size SUV

In the same sector, there is also competition between the Skoda Kushaq and the Volkswagen Taigun

Here is a comprehensive look at the Elevate's exterior, which will be available for purchase in a few months.

The City, Honda India's best-selling vehicle, comes to mind when we see the Elevate's headlamps.

They have a sleek design and top-mounted LED DRLs. For a stronger aesthetic effect,

the front fascia also has a chrome strip that spans its width.

You get LED tail lights with an integrated appearance that are L-shaped and reversed at the back.

In this instance, the central portion is a reflector. The Elevate also comes with roof rails,

a shark-fin antenna, a rear defogger, a rear wiper and washer, a beefy rear bumper with lights, and a silver skid plate.

The City's current 1.5-liter, naturally aspirated petrol engine will power the new vehicle.

You may choose between a six-speed manual and a seven-step CVT transmission for the gearbox

The engine generates a maximum torque of 145Nm and 119bhp, respectively.

When launched, the Elevate will compete against the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos
