According to JATO Dynamics India's sales statistics of seven luxury carmakers, FY2023 sales increased to 36,508 units

up 29 percent from 28,329 units in FY2022, as consumers rushed to get their hands on the latest and greatest.

Mercedes-Benz India, the market leader, maintained its strong rate of expansion, selling 15,790 cars, 

The LWB E-Class is the company's best-seller (3,159 vehicles, up 13 percent).

The C-Class (2,405 units) showed a 335 percent increase over last year, while the GLS (2,214), GLE (2,170),

BMW India retains its second position with 11,175 units, up 29 percent (FY2022: 8,690)
